This arxes- tolina testing system was developed in the built-in status for the automated ultrasonic testing of wheel set shafts with longitudinal bore.

Target of the ultrasonic testing is the identification of transvers, longitudinal and volume errors. Areas with cross-section transitions as well are areas of wheel, break and gear seats are particularly endangered by cracks.

Our testing system is compact built, robust and requires only minimal maintenance. The necessary components are delivered by renowned manufacturers.

Due to the modular structure, the testing system can be specifically adapted to the individual customer requirements. The customer gets exactly what he really needs. Furthermore, the individual modules can also be used with other testing systems.
